We are always glad to hear your comments on our projects. When it comes to submitting original ideas, stories, outlines, treatments, scripts, artwork or any other intellectual property (hereinafter “material”), however, it is our policy NOT to accept or consider unsolicited material.
Please therefore do NOT send us any material we have not explicitly asked for, whether by post, by email, as an upload to our website, via social network forums and platforms or by any other means.
Unsolicited material
We are always working on a large number of projects and want to avoid any misunderstanding should one of our independently developed projects resemble your material. So please do NOT send or upload any unsolicited material.
Unsolicited material will not be considered and will be destroyed or deleted unopened and unread. By sending us unsolicited material, you accept that the material is regarded as non-confidential and non-proprietary and that we and our affiliated companies and persons may use it for any purpose, including film adaptation, publication, screening, distribution, broadcasting etc. and in connection with the development and exploitation of projects and products, without any business relationship arising and without any obligation to pay compensation. You further release us, our affiliated companies and persons and our partner companies from any liability and all third-party claims regarding projects we develop independently that resemble your material.
Because of the large amount of material we receive, we are unable to send rejection letters.
Requested material
Requested material should be sent to us in the way agreed between you and us. If you are not sure, please ask your agent, producer or the person who recommended your material to us.
