Jonas

Jonas is 18 and has already repeated several grades at school. The Paul Dessau High School in Brandenburg is his last chance at a shot of graduating. Filmed over six weeks at a genuine school with real teachers and students, Christian Ulmen is thrown into the mix as Jonas. After well known undercover roles in TV programs such as “My New Boyfriend” or “ulmen.tv” JONAS sees Ulmen back behind a school desk, where he just about manages to scrape through.

JONAS is a hilariously entertaining film about adolescence, growing up, beliefs, music and algebra.
